I write for GameSpite in my spare time, and with my current number of projects, spare time is this sweet, quaint half-memory for those wee hours spent playing videogames as a little sprout. However, I really love to write, and one makes time for the things and people they love.

Plus there are folks involved in this community whose company is really nice. We reminisce about our formative years and play games and stuff, and it's therapeutic in that "I'm flapping my wings in a chicken suit on a plastic Bluetooth board" pretend-exercise kind of way.

Current Projects

I've drafted a piece about the heady, blissful formative years I spent drawing levels. It occupies a tenuous space somewhere in-between useful anecdotes and navel gazing. In addition, my thoughts on Pac-Man Vs. and Gradius 2 MSX continue to simmer patiently. All of these Coming Soon to a future GameSpite Quarterly issue near you!

Since the last update, I'm a couple songs closer to a finished first EP, which in an ideal world would see release in 2011 (still hoping and praying).
